Dr Margaret Pozzebon is committed to providing and maintaining a high-quality Speech Pathology services. Obtaining timely feedback is one way I can reflect on what I do and improve. The purpose of the policy is to:

  • outline roles and responsibilities

  • reach satisfactory outcomes

  • meet legislative and requirements

  • use feedback to improve

Any feedback about the speech pathology service can be provided verbally or in written form.  You can lodge a complaint with the Privacy Officer on the details below. We will promptly review your complaint and provide a response to you.
